Building Complex
The main college building is centrally located in Satdobato along the Kathmandu ring-road. Its spacious front-yard is used for vehicle parking, large gatherings and other extracurricular activities. This thirty room building houses class rooms, laboratories, demonstration rooms, conference room, library, offices for management and faculty staff, canteen, photocopy center and a guard house.

AFER has recently purchased a new building complex spread over 3 Ropani in Maitedevi. With this addition of space and building, ACAS is well prepared to offer new courses of studies and add on to its existing staff strength. This acquisition also enables ACAS to meet the criteria set by Pharmacy Council on the minimum space required for the conduction of Bachelor and Master level Pharmacy courses. The newly acquired property of Maitidevi is being renovated and additional construction work is in progress.

ACAS maintains a library with necessary books and journals. This collection is ever growing as student advance in their fields of studies. ACAS plans to make substantial addition of reference materials to its present stock so that it can serve as Resource Centre for a wider use. The library is fitted with space for individual reading and group-study.

Lab
There are well equipped laboratories for conduction of practical required for students of Pharmacy, Nursing and Public Health. All laboratories of Chemistry, Microbiology, Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, Pharmacognosys and Instrumentation are constantly upgraded to match with the progress in theoretical classes. There are also demonstration rooms for nursing and pharmacy. Other laboratories for upcoming new courses are under construction in the new building complex at Maitidevi.

Computer lab

A computer lab fitted with 17 monitors is kept open to student for internet use from 7am to 5 pm. The networking of all desk-top sets in the building comes handy not only for the research works of students and faculty members but also for efficient administration and management. ACAS plans to add on to the existing computer facilities in the near future.   

Canteen
A modest canteen is housed as annex to the main building. ACAS plans to upgrade the canteen for better services and outlook before the new intake of student expected in October 2008.

 Hostel
ACAS is maintaining a hostel for students in a separate house adjacent to the main building. Its present capacity of 30 students can be easily extended to meet the changing needs of student. Most of the present occupants in the hostel are girl students from out of the Kathmandu valley.

Teaching Aids:
ACAS is maintaining one discussion or conference room fitted with LCD. The college emphasises use of tools and techniques that enhance the effectiveness of teaching and learning process. All class rooms at ACAS are fitted with one overhead projector and white boards. Teachers are encouraged to use flip-charts, three dimensional models and other such teaching aids. 

Vehicle
ACAS has been operating with its one 32 seated bus specifically for students visit to hospitals and communities. Its location adjacent to the Kathmandu ring-road has become very convenient in using public transport system for travel within the valley both for students and staff alike. However, ACAS plans to add to its existing transport facilities within a foreseeable future.
