B.Sc. Nursing Course Details

Asian College of Advance Studies offers Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing) of four year duration.

The four year curriculum has been designed to provide quality education in nursing which is comparable to the international levels. It also ensures that each student is exposed to professional knowledge and practice through evidence–based learning and problem-solving approaches.

The B.Sc.Nursing program has obtained Initial Accreditation from Ministry of Higher Education & Scientific Research, UAE and admission is in progress for the academic session commencing September 2008. 

 Admission criteria for Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing) program:

A minimum of 70% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology courses in 12th grade individually.
For Qualifying marks & Equivalencies for students from various Boards / Educational systems. English language requirements: Proficiency in English equivalent to a TOEFL score of 500 in paper based, or 173 in computer based or 61 in internet based or its equivalent standardized test such as IELTS score of 5.0 is required. The curriculum has been developed to provide learning opportunities enabling nursing students to acquire fundamental basic skills and appropriate principles relevant to health care in the context of the community.
